The house is a beautiful building of culture. It was built in the 19th century, and renovated in 1987. A stonehouse in classic spanish style - "the best house in town".
Ground floor: On the groundfloor a goldsmith has a workshop and an entrance to the stairs that leads to the apartment.
First floor: Livingroom, kitchen (with a fridge, freezer, coffee maker, waterboiler, microwave oven), diningroom with fireplace and two small balconies.
Second floor: Two bedrooms, bathroom with a bathtub, shower, wc, bidet, washing machine. There is also a balcony under roof.
Third floor: Terrace all over the roof.
Every floor´s got 50 square metre.
